We don't want you sitting in our chair simply for the financial benefits. Your hair is our calling card and when you leave looking and feeling your best that is what we want people to see; not grown out, brassy or faded colour. Even those trendy blunt bobs require regular trims to keep that perimeter sharp and looking great.
We CARE about your hair GOALS!
Getting you to your dream hair is what we're in this business for. Making a customized, long term plan specific to each person, takes a lot of work and commitment. By pre-booking we make sure we have ample time to spend with you during your next appointment so we can stay on track. Waiting too long between maintenance trims could result in additional breakage, making it seem impossible to achieve that long, healthy hair. Forgotten colour appointments may even turn into corrective work, costing you more time and a lot more $$$!

As stylists, we love our clients! You support us, trust us and we appreciate being in your lives. Not always having availability to fit you in when you need us is not something any stylist enjoys telling a loyal client. Well established, industry leaders can be expected to book out one to two months in advance. But what about the ones just starting to make waves in the hair world? Taking on an apprenticeship means you're hustling! On going education, self promotion, volunteering and building a clientele keeps our schedules packed no matter our experience level.
